Our smoked salmon pizza with cream cheese, avocado and rocket is so simple, yet delicious, and the perfect recipe to have up your sleeve for those warm Summer evenings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x Fancier Sourdough Pizza Base
- 150g cold smoked salmon
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese (we like to use a dairy free cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella (or your favourite dairy free cheese)
- Handful of fresh rocket
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by preheating your oven as hot as it will go β at least 250C. And place your pizza tray in the oven to get nice and hot.
- To build your pizza, on the smooth side of the pizza base, evenly spread over the cream cheese and then scatter on top your mozzarella cheese.
- Once your oven is preheated, reduce the temperature to 225, place your pizza on the preheated tray and bake until the base is golden, crispy and the cheese is melted (about 10-15 minutes).
- Remove the pizza from the oven and evenly place your smoked salmon on top followed by your sliced avocado. Finish with your rocket, a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt to taste. Slice and enjoy!
