Say hello to the perfect Classic Fresh Beef Burger's! BBQ beef burgers paired with Gluten Freedom Sweet Potato Sourdough Buns and all the classic trimmings.
MEAT PATTIE INGREDIENTS:
250g beef mince
2 large cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon gluten free Worcester sauce β or omit for a bbq sauce
1/2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
Pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
1 egg
BURGER INGREDIENTS:
2 Gluten Freedom Sweet Potato Sourdough Buns, split into halves and toasted as per your liking
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or sauce of your choice
6 pieces of cos lettuce, torn to fit the burger buns
Half a large tomato, sliced into thin discs
2-4 slices of cheese
1 small red onion, peeled and sliced into thin style onion rings
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
METHOD:
In a medium sized bowl, combine all meat pattie ingredients using your hands.
Split the mixture into 2 and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten the patties into discs between the palm of your hands.
Cook each pattie for a few minutes over a hot bbq flame, or until charred, fragrant and browned.
Assemble your burger with the remaining ingredients.
