Prep ingredients by slicing cheese and tomatoes to preferred thickness, next slice two Sourdough Long Rolls in half (you can lightly toasted if you enjoy a slight crunch to your sandwich) and wash + dry your rocket.
To assemble your sub place tomato slices and then cheese slices on the bottom half of your Sourdough Long Rolls, then drizzle over 2-3 tablespoons of pesto on each sub sandwich. Put on one serving of prosciutto and top off with desired amount of rocket, close off with sandwich with the top of the long roll.
