Paleo Super Seeded Trio of Toasts

Serves 4-6

Tired of your standard avocado on toast? Switch up this classic breakie with one of these scrumptious options, from yummy and fresh to a little bit spicy there's an option for everyone! Recipe created by Bec Taylor at Food Design Studio.

 

INGREDIENTS

Avo, Rocket & Feta Toast

  • 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
  • ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
  • 1 cup fresh rocket leaves
  • 50-100g feta, crumbled
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper
  • 2 wedges of fresh lemon

Avo, Cherry Tomato, Basil & Balsamic Glaze Toast

  • 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
  • ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
  • 150g cherry tomatoes, some halved and others cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar as an alternative)
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper

Avo, Fried Egg & Chilli Toast

  • 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
  • ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
  • 2 eggs, pan fried to your liking
  • Pinch of chilli flakes to your liking
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Choose one (or all!) of the avo toast options.
  2. Prep your ingredients and put the Paleo Super Seeded in the toaster until preferred level of toasty-ness is accomplished.
  3. Put the prepped toppings on your toast and enjoy!
