Avo, Rocket & Feta Toast
- 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
- ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
- 1 cup fresh rocket leaves
- 50-100g feta, crumbled
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
- 2 wedges of fresh lemon
Avo, Cherry Tomato, Basil & Balsamic Glaze Toast
- 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
- ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
- 150g cherry tomatoes, some halved and others cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar as an alternative)
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
Avo, Fried Egg & Chilli Toast
- 2 slices of Paleo Bread – Super Seeded, toasted
- ½ – 1 avocado, finely sliced
- 2 eggs, pan fried to your liking
- Pinch of chilli flakes to your liking
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
